Australian / Italian artist and songwriter, Kota Banks spent her early teens living in Florence with her family – a formative time that shaped her identity and connection to her heritage. Since the release of Kota’s first single “Empty Streets” featuring MOZA (which has amassed over 19 million streams) and her debut tracks with NLV Records, Banks has toured nationally with Nina Las Vegas on the FOMO Festival tour, secured triple j high rotation, signed with Mushroom publishing, debuted her live show, supported LA based rapper DUCKWRTH, signed with New World Artists, co-penned Australia’s song for 2017 Junior Eurovision, as well as written for the likes of Cxloe, Supercruel and Singapore’s pop sensation Tabitha Nauser.
